Make it your friend – check how much your shoulders move when you breathe deeply. The biggest movement should come in your tummy area – encourage it!
Breathe OUT first! Counter-intuitive it may be but it helps. Research explains that the out-breath slows the heart rate. The in-breath will always take care of itself and at that point you will be ready to speak.
